If you purchase something from WanderWest Outdoors and decide it’s not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging and included components.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original components.
How to Return
Step 1: Email us at wanderwestoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your product.
Step 2: Once we confirm that your return is eligible, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please ship the product to the address provided and send us the tracking number.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
