Shipping Policy

All Wanderwest orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.

We aim to process and ship orders within 5-10 business days after payment is received. If an item is temporarily out of stock or additional processing time is required, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping & Service Fees

A Shipping & Service Fee applies to each order. The applicable fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Canada

Orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post or other appropriate carriers, depending on the destination and service availability.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2–8 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are generally sent through the Canada Post–USPS postal system.

Delivery typically takes approximately 4–7 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Under the current shipping policy, applicable customs duties and clearance fees are prepaid and included in the Shipping & Service Fee. You should therefore not be required to pay additional customs duties or clearance fees when your order is delivered.

 

Other International Destinations

For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, we may use international carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other appropriate shipping services, depending on the destination.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service.

For these shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are not included in the Shipping & Service Fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are determined by the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number when tracking is available. You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
